The seller's photos show no (harsh) cleaning scratches, and his reverse photo doesn't even show the big scratch near the eagle's neck to rt wing. Paid $91 for this. I was ok with the marks on Washington's neck, but the nasty cleaning marks are killing me. Would you keep it, return it, or go as far to file an 'Item Not As Described' case?
