World Proof, Mint, And Specimen Sets

Do you know of a {partial or full!} list of countries that have issued proof sets (even if via the Franklin Mint or other non-local mint)? If you would post a link to such a list, I would greatly appreciate it.

Funny, but individual proof coins don't trip my trigger--only sets. And non-mint, non-"official" sets don't float my boat, either. You know, those sets that are put together by a dealer, collector, or other non-mint entity.

Same for mint sets or specimen sets or the like.

I have sets from 50 or so countries. I know there is no way I'll ever collect OFEC for proof/mint/specimen sets, but a list of countries having such things would be nice for my CDO**.

**CDO = OCD, but with the letters in the right order.
