I See two things. A Grease filled strike through on Letters (RED) And looks like ma Die Clash (YELLOW)
Note also possible Die clash on obverse also.

A grease filled is not a sought after error, just happens in making of coins often, common. Die clashes have a small following of hearty souls, not a lot of value unless is the "prisoner" cent where the reverse bay lines appear on either sides of Bust.
