I've gotten two sealed boxes of halves now with the rolls opened on the ends facing downward. The top view was usual on both boxes. But, when the rolls were pulled out, the end facing downward was unraveled on every roll. Also, there were pen lines on all of the wrappers. Both boxes were skunks. I had to hunt them even though I figured they were already picked dry. Has anyone else had this experience?
Rest in Peace

Sounds like somebody faked out the bank since most banks don't take in customer rolled coins. It's like a new trick to dump em! Either your bank got snookered or they're in cohoots with the culprit!

Happened to me I think. The ends did not seem machine rolled, and I was pretty sure I had been had.

Banks in my area will only take CWRs if you have an account with them, then there is no problem.
