Seems I find a lot of Canadian Pennies while roll hunting.
I almost am disappointed if I don't find one. Has anyone else
noticed this phenomenon?

I bought the Whitman Canadian Cents folders and am trying to fill them with Canadian cents that show up in my rolls of Lincoln cents.

I usually get 20 rolls when I go to my bank and sometimes I get at least one a roll and other times I get none. Recently found a 1956 in really nice condition.

I too have collected a number of Canadians while searching cents. I found one with George VI on it the other day. Aristarchus, where did you buy that folder? I've thought of doing that myself, but haven't seen one.

I picked them up on ebay: search for "Canadian Folder Small Cents" and they are in two folders and have 115 slots from 1920 to 2012. I have found 83 different coins so far, and have 32 slots still to fill!

I did the same when I was searching boxes back a couple of years ago. I ended up making a deal with a YN from Canada to trade for my remaining holes. Haven't seen him around here in quite a long time, but enjoy looking at the folder whenever I get a chance .. it's burried deep now, so not often

Well I've already committed to saving these Canadians. The oldest
I've run across was 1942 however got a 1947 in just a little less
than VF. Think will do like aristarchus123 and just book them.

Like Mark1959 at least one a roll and sometimes none. Usually when
I find one Canadian a Wheat penny is somewhere near.

This week I got (4) Canadians and (1) 1955 wheat in 3 rolls.
yeah the 1955 was not a Double

I went the other way. A few years ago I bought a couple hundred dollars of Canadian pennies (4 $50 boxes) and after going through them I found a bunch of American pennies. Not as many as I thought I would since they came from the Niagara area though. I don't have the actual numbers handy but there were 30 or 40 as I recall.

Well I usually find them but I look forward to finding them as I'm trying to complete my Canadian Penny Collection!
