I'm going to the Summer FUN show tomorrow, and going to take advantage of ANACS's insider special, so I'm putting together a bunch to submit.

I'm on the fence on these two. Would you submit these for $9 each?

I would NOT submit the 11-S . Not worth it ,ED . The 14-S is iffy ,maybe a little soak in Acetone then a Verdi-care conservation . Your call .

I dont think that grading will improve their value nor saleability- so no.

I wouldn't submit them. I think at least one, if not both, would come back Details.

The 11S would be a waste of $9 in my opinion due to ED. The 14S is interesting since it is a woody, but I'm not sure how it would score. It's a semi-key but BigSilver's probably right about not bumping it's saleability

Tossing $18 to the wind, unless you simply like TPG holdered coins. It won't increase value on either.

I would rather buy more coins with that $18 rather than slabbing some coins.

Both of these coins stayed at home while I was at the show. The coins I ended up submitting were:

1787 Fugio Newman 1-B
1795 LC S-76a
(2) 1857 Mule Clashed Flying Cents
1857 Obv of '56 Flying Cent
1922 No D Die set #2
1864 2 cent RPD-011

The 1795 was really the coin I wanted slabbed/graded/attributed, and the rest were 'why nots' on the ANACS special.
Rest in Peace

Yup, and I will be posting the slab when I get it in my original '22 thread. I expect to see the coins in early August.

Well, ANACS has been a little slow lately. Expect 6 weeks.
