I really don't know what it is. The image isn't very good, but the "United States" is wide and flat, and the "E" in E. Pluribus Unum is very faint, you can bearly see it. Also, it looks like there's some doubling.

Looks off center, but we will need closer photographs to see the other errors. The weak letters are probably due to die polishing.

I can see the picture just fine!! But everything I see is doubled!!

This must be a common error. I just found another 1983 penny with almost the same errors. Except the "E" is much more fainted.

I hope these images are better. The two 1983 pennies look like they have the same errors except the one on the right... The "E" is much fainter.
