Not sure what caused this but looks neat

Also what could have caused the rim looking like that has 2 lines

Thanks

The blanks are run through an upset mill to create the rim. This is the first line. The die is ever so slightly off-center so it does not line up with the rim, this creates the second line.

Nice, I really like a toned cent in good shape.
Rest in Peace

Pix #4 shows it best...appears to be VLDS, lot of wear and movement outwards, either those are some bodacious die polishing lines (I doubt) or that was a faulty application of plating to have lines going OVER the bust, normally we'd call those "Linear plating Bubbles", not sure what to call these?

If it is plating issue, could be source of such toning...
