Yes it is, a nice one. Just had a "scientific" discussion about die cracks. They for on "weakened stress points on the die surface. That is why you see them form from the edge of a raised device, here the Memorial, other places a corner of a letter. Because of metal flow pressures they "migrate" (move) outwards towards the rim, which is actually the edge of the die itself.

Nice pick up, not worth much as an error coin but fun to find and catalogue. Have to see if its in Cuds-on-coinshttp://cuds-on-coins.com/

It's definitely a die crack and a nice size, too. Unfortunately, it doesn't carry any premium really. Still, it's a nice find!
