I occasionally flip through The Shopping Channel to watch "The Coin Show" and switch in dismay at all the shiny objects produced by the RCM. Tonight was so different. There were two offerings that caught my eye. One was a 1920 dime in MS65 and the other a 1914 $10 in MS64. Interesting commentary from Bromberg on the Trends for the $10 gold. His price was $3200 and he stated that the Trends were way off ( by over $10,000 ). They were PCGS cert. as from the RCM hoard and it was very tempting not to snag one. The fact that he had so many of them changed my mind. Up until today had I ever considered buying anything from the HSC but now I have to pay attention.

Vastly overpriced IMO. PCGS alone has graded more than 4000 coins at 64 and above.

I like watching The Coin Vault on Dish Network channel 225 and Rick Tomaska on channel 85. I avoid all the rest.

Those are in US$.

In CDN$ with 1.3 exchange rate we are looking at $1137, $1163, and $1300.

I see the Canadian and US shows here in SE Michigan and haven't seen a single item I would consider a buy on any of these shows.
