Greetings,

Found this coin with only a strong "19" and a "D". To me, it looks like a 75, but its very faint. Can anyone give me information or directions of what this is?

Please-Help-Me-Identify?

Thanks in advanced!

The die became filled with grease and debris thus not allowing some parts of the design to strike up
