Not sure what to make of this, noticed bubble like features on the front and back. First noticed on the 1982 date when I was looking at the date and the letter "O" on the One cent on the back. Any clue?

Looks like a large date with plating issues.Sometimes debris gets trapped between the zinc and copper plating and sometimes gas bubbles get trapped.

It's either zinc rot or a plating issue.
