Can't really tell much from those pics. If you're looking to buy this coin based on these photos alone, I'd pass.

Looks like a pretty nice VF35. The obverse darkness is not my cup of tea but if you like it...

Looks a little weak in the talons, eagles legs, leaves and arrowheads. That area is often weak. Obverse looks better. I look for well struck stars that show some splits and don't look all flat. Agree high vf.

with 35, but I'd pass on the coin myself because of the photos. It is rare for great coins to arrive from bad photos. It happens, but not often.
