Hello everyone back again with some new cool coins for $36. Got some BIG Roman coins and dome interesting Indian barter punch marked coins. This first coin? however I am stumped on. It looks like Egyptian something? Does anyone have any idea what it might be? looks very old!

From what I saw online these looks like very early barter coins from India. BCE years? Any idea anyone?

Please in the future post only one or two coins per thread and provide as much information about the coin you can, size and weight, etc.
