So I went through my coins recently again and stumbled on what may be worth more than a few dollars. I looked online and this coin doesn't even have a mintage listed... the website I researched...

https://www.NGCcoin.com/price-guide...duid-1516025

I have included a couple of pictures below. The 56 is visible in the second Star, and the PLUS on the left column is readable under a loop. Any idea on value? I think it may be VG to fine, but I could be mistaken.

Couldn't tell from you pix if 53 or 56 or impossible 58 which is what it looks like. Even if its a 56 variety, NGC says $30 for vf, you'll never get that, real world value is @ 60% or more less than that...say $10 is all it would get if try to sell it. If NGC doesn't list mintage, probably not known...in 1956/57 wasn't Tito having trouble controlling his masses? Don't remember my history, was only 5 then and kindergarten wasn't teaching that yet!

I need a good camera, but its definitely a 56. I have a cheap microscope(not good for pictures, but for my own research) that its 56 in the star. Like I said, not in particularly good condition. I wasnt even born yet and dont know much about the Peseta, other than it was mass produced like much common coinage, but was interested because of the PLUS and 56 visible in my loop and microscope, without a mintage listed.

Thank you for your reply :) Always like to learn about the coins that I have and will continue to collect as I have the means.
