I received a new Gold American Eagle 1/4oz coin today and it appears to have a milk spot already on the reverse side. Is this something that's going to affect its value and should I send it back in exchange for another? Thanks!

Looks like it has a fingerprint on it too. If you can send it in for a better one I definitely would!! If you ever had to sell it for some reason, trying to sell blemished coins isn't fun.
