I have no clue what you are seeing but I just see a 1995 bullion ASE.

Maybe direct us towards the concern...

Looks like I made a fool out of myself again... Sorry I am still new to all of this I did not think the letters on the reverse where supposed to be raised the way they are but I guess that is normal?

Thanks guys I have already learned quite a bit from this community. I try to do as much research as possible but some things are just not out there. When I first started my obsession/hobby about 2 months ago I wrote down tons of pages an stitch years and what parts to look for for errors but there's just endless information out there. Becoming a member of this community was probably the best thing I could have done, should have done it sooner.
