Can Any Morgan Expert Check This 1884-O For VAM-28?

IndianGoldEagle Bedrock of the Community United States 36878 Posts	Posted 07/17/2017 1:42 pm I've got an 1884-O with a small tail poking out of the bottom of the first 8. Can anyone confirm this is a VAM-28 dash under 8? Hard to get a decent photo with the camera I have so multiple shots were taken. Hope they are good enough. Report this Post to the Staff

IndianGoldEagle Bedrock of the Community United States 36878 Posts	Posted 07/23/2017 10:03 am Dave, I'm using Van Allen & Mallis 4th edition and it shows VAM-20 as double 1 in date and high O Mint Mark which this coin does not have.
