Nice Unlisted 1916 Lincoln Tilted Die Clash

stoneman227 Pillar of the Community United States 2376 Posts	Posted 07/20/2017 06:33 am I just picked this one from the bay. There are only a handful of tilted die clashes in the wheat series. I have picked a few and keep my eyes peeled for the other listed ones but this one was a surprise and seems to be the earliest one yet. The base of the bust is clashed into Pluribus on the reverse and at least the I from Pluribus is clashed into the base of the bust on the obverse ( an arrow points to it in the third pic) Report this Post to the Staff
