Why not? I mean, what message are you getting, or where are you getting stopped?

Most likely altered post mint. There are a couple ways to create a "one sided" coin, but well more then 99% of the one sided coins posted turn out to be altered coins.

The reverse of your coin was most likely removed post-mint. Since you are having problems posting an image, you can verify the damage yourself by weighing the coin. 3.1 grams is normal weight so yours should weigh something less than that.

I download the pics into the image optimizer and they come out with the green arrow in the lower left corner , both of the images are under 300kb, i click on the arrow but nothing happens, I wait without clicking the arrow and nothing happens other than it goes to my down loaded pics om my computer. nothing goes the the posting.

I'm going to guess it's a capped die error.

Once they're below 300, save them back to your computer or device. Then upload the newly saved, smaller sized photos directly from your computer or device with the upload image option.
