It's worth at least silver melt and probably a little more.

It's difficult to tell but the lines are either "roller lines" or have been created by selective toning caused by storage materials/conditions.

I'm leaning toward the latter.

It was probably stored in a cardboard folder at some point since the lines are predominately on the reverse. Nevertheless, it's 90% silver!
