Picked up $40 in nickels today and seeing what years I should be looking for. Cherry picker guide has a few in there but seeing if there is anything else out there I should be watching for. Suggestions welcomed. Thanks in advance.

I would simply like to commend you for buying and using the Cherry Pickers Guide. Buying the book and learning more and more as you sort through the coins greatly increases the chance to recognize nifty examples that many might not spot.

Then asking this question that we can all benefit from.

Best of luck to you.

When I search nickel rolls I also keep everything pre-1960, then put in plastic roll tubes separated by mint marks P, D, S - and obviously war nickles are separate also but don't find them very often. I've found 2 in the last 2 years.
