So I was coin roll hunting and came across this penny. It stuck out among all others. Super bright, clean. So I set it aside thinking nothing of it. But came back to it today and took pictures of it, then researched it. This the close M that is hard to find?

Any info would be appreciated. The back is super nice, full steps, all detail. AM touching.

Thanks for any help.
