I bought this coin on a whim a few weeks ago, as an unknown medieval.
I still have no idea what it is. It appears to be slightly clipped, and definitely very worn (and/or badly preserved) - but maybe some of you can still figure it out?

The design on the better-preserved side reminds me of some coins from Milan, with the man-eating snake. I cannot actually see the snake, however, so the Milan attribution is only a vague possibility.
About 21.5 by 20.5 millimeters (both dimensions just in that middle position where I don't know how to round).

Sorry for the photo quality, still suck at coin photography.

...Any ideas? I don't really have any.
Rest in Peace
