Thanks Jbuck, Near as I can figure, about 999 more to go. This one took me around five hours. I had a lot of things to figure out. I'm thinking the next one could take 15 minutes. There's other things I can do that I just don't know about yet, so I should be able to improve.

Looks good to me.

Play around with other options/tools and you'll be a pro in no time.

Hahaha Thanks for the compliment CC. I'm using Paint. It's really neat, I know it's limited, but I found it on my computer. I have to see what else I can do with it. I'm going to make some more, but I think I'll post them here first before I use them in case what I say on them is not correct. The last thing I want to do is give out inaccurate information.
Thanks Spruett, I'll do it.

I use paint.net. It free, stable and has a good amount of options and tools to work with. I would have really great images if it weren't for the particular USB scope that I use to take the snapshot with to start with.

I remember when you were asking what to buy. You've come a long way from your first pics. What does stable mean?

Thank You CM :)

Stable: Well I usually end up taking like 15 to 20 pics per coin depending on what I am trying to show. Each photo is 1600 x 1200 (pretty good size) and I have at least 10 opened in the paint program at once editing, comparing etc. This is a lot at one time and the program has never CRASHED - This is important (to me) because I don't save my files till the end. If it froze up or crashed I would loose all of my work on the pics & hence have to start all over again (which totally stinks).

Oh, I see what you're saying. Yes, that is important especially when you're doing ten at a time. I don't have to worry about that just yet,
as I'm still familiarizing myself with one at a time. You have a much nicer edition of the Paint than I do. I'll upgrade as necessary. My goal right now is 1000 educational files within the next three years. Here's number two.
If anyone sees anything inaccurate in my E-Files please advise.

That is very nice - I would never catch something like that though.

I have a suggestion on the last line of the description (It wasn't making sense to me - too many zinc's. With not having as much knowledge under my belt like a lot you - I had CONFUSION) but maybe I just need the ?

If you are making these for us newbies to the hobby you need to keep it really simple and direct. This = this. Because most of us don't know the coin making process.

Possibly something like this for your last line: Excess Zinc from the planchets builds up in the electro-plating solution causing this error.

Edit
BTW - that is a pretty substantial undertaking

Thanks For the suggestions CC. I appreciate it. I'm mainly looking for critique on the content for accuracy. I don't want an E-File with erroneous information. I agree the way it's worded is important too, but I couldn't say, "Excess Zinc from the planchets" because the planchets don't have excess zinc. Hopefully I'm laughing with you, because I would never laugh at you. Seriously though, you're absolutely right about the two zincs, I tried to avoid that, but it became a space thing. I'll give the wording more thought, for right now I think it's decipherable, I have 998 more to make. I also agree we all need to learn more about the minting process, maybe I could make a few on that too?
Edit: Yes, a pretty substantial undertaking, I'm thinking I'll get much faster.

I knew I wasn't writing that correctly - I have laughed at myself many times especially when I go back and look at my posts from the beginning (what the heck was I thinking

Very well! You are a lot of fun. I love life too. I do seem to have a knack of ticking people off sometimes. I don't mean to, just a knack. Thank you for being you.

I appreciate the advice Jbuck. My computer is on it's last leg. I have a brand new one still in the box. Just been putting it off. I will download the new Paint on it.
Here's a couple more that I'm sure I need to touch up a little. I'm way ahead of schedule. Start date 6 Aug 2017, end date NLT 5 Aug 2020, two here only leaves 996 to go, with 1096 days to do it. I think that's right, what say ye DJ?
