I love your Whitman folder! I still have my first Whitman cent folder, but it's a little newer than your since it has spaces labeled to 1966. I bought it in 1965 (I think) when I was 7.

I wasn't as clever as the rest of you guys. It never occurred to me to tape the coins in place.

I know. I think we're singing the same song here. I was probably 7 or 10 myself. I can't begin to explain my logic back then. I probably thought it was cool! You can see my 7 or 10 year old handwriting.

I still have all of my Whitman folders in storage. There are even some coins in them. I really need to get them out to see how they have held up.
