It is pretty beat up, so it would weigh more. This only allows me to upload one photo.

to CCF. Weight a few different coins and make sure your scale is right. A copper cent will weigh 3.11 grams and a copper plated 2.5 grams. Mint tolerance is .13 grams +/-.

I know it is not copper. I am just trying to figure out what makes it so over weight.

Possible thicker planchet, double plating or debris on coin. Looks like it was in a parking lot for a time. Maybe something like a small stone was pressed into the coin? But with the damage, it cancels all premium for it. spendable.
