very hard to tell with the photos uploaded. and you have 2 photos of the same side. clearer photos would help. 1979 is known for doubling, so better photos will tell us for sure.

I saw that website. I am wondering if anyone has ever heard of a Canadian cent being doubled on both sides. I can't find any information on that.
