Hello, I have a 1921 Morgan silver dollar (my first) wanted to know more about them. Searched on this site and found some information but...I STILL DON'T GET IT!

Anyway my questions are what does it mean when it says "A" is where you might see letter transfer from the "S" or "T" of In God We Trust?

Or B is transfer from Wreath? I can't see Obverse Clashing or Reverse Clashing, unless you can. I see a crack above the word STATES. Tail feathers look okay and no mint mark.

Hope you can tell me what you think about this coin, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thank you

The answers to your questions on die clashing is here. http://www.vamworld.com/Attribution+101#DC

Your '21 Morgan does not appear to be clashed so that may be part of your confusion. Actually a '21 P Morgan is not a good place to begin VAMming. There are so many listings and many are very difficult to see without the right lighting and a good close up image. I can tell you your coin is a D2 - 16 berry reverse based on the center talon on the Eagles right foot. Beyond that you could get lucky checking the die crack guide for the D2 reverse.http://www.vamworld.com/1921+P...se+Page

Welcome to the madness!
