Yes, it does appear to be a DDR Check out this link.

Scroll down to 2015 1¢ WDDR-002 and see if your coin matches with the Die markers and also this DDR has Doubling on the LB initials - Does Yours?

LB looks iffy. but I think I found the die crach and chip on the shield.

Well the LB is not a match and really doesn't look doubled at all.
So the one I referenced is not a match.

You can send yours in for attribution. I believe it is 4 bucks plus shipping to John Wexler at doubleddie.com.
