1962 Nickel With Odd Rim.

I just found this and had to post. It looks like there is a 2nd rim/edge on this coin. The weight is 5.454 g. The diameter is .885" when compared to another nickel of the same year it's .832" and the weight is just over 5g. Any thoughts on this coin would be greatly appreciated!

it looks to me that it has been encased and still have the encasing on it.

That is a bezel encasement, most likely magnetic.
