Interesting find, not a prisoner, they would be on obverse either side of bust. That appears to be a struck through object on upper left and die gouges on lower right of Memorial. Nice error find!

Have found a few of these. None as prominent as yours though.

with biokemist6 as well.

When I posted the 1st one that I found, coop called it feed finger damage I believe.
