I've added some users to my Friends List but, I don't really know how it is used beyond that.

I see that when I choose a friend, I can select the Level from 1 to 3. Does the Level actually change anything other than sorting within the List?

For what is the Friends List intended? The only thing I can think of is sharing topics but, I haven't actually done that yet.

Is there a way to see what users' Friends Lists I am on?

There's no difference in them other than what you make of it.

It's just intended to let you keep members info at hand. There's contact info, last post, online status, and you can see their posts with one click.

No, there is no way to see if anyone added you.
