1991-Washington-Quarter-Denver---Error-Help

Truth be told, I know little to nothing about error coins. I need the forums help!

I found this 1991 quarter dollar in my pocket change and noticed that the rim on the tails side is indented in two places; above the "F" in "OF" and below the "O" in "DOLLAR". Additionally the rim is thicker in the NW quadrant, an almost nonexistent in the SE quadrant.

What are your thoughts on this?

Cwb, it lays flat and does not appear to be bent.

On 'OF' that looks like the coin was dropped and bent the rim there.

PMD. It has been dropped on the floor or hard surface and that is what caused it to be bent.
Errers and Varietys.
