How many different 2003 50c coins are there? The reason I am asking is because I see like 5 different 2003 1c coins!

Hi Nds76

As Far as I know the mint did not issue circulation 50 cent piece during 2003-2004.There were only available in collectors set. There was 3 different 2003 W,old effigy and new effigy.

The Charlton Catalogue(61st Edition, Page 293) said in 2003 two effigies are to be found on the Tiny Treasures coin sets, crowned and uncrowned. But is there anyone did get the uncrowned Tiny sets? I've been trying to find those sets for some time. But still can't get one. I believe those sets have what Nds76 need - 2003 New effigy(uncrowned queen) 50cents PL.

I have used Colonial Acres several times but some of the single coins are higher. Also shipping is flat rate of $8 to the US even if you only buy 1 penny!
