Unknown Error On 1996 D Penny, Maybe Doubled Die Obverse / DDO Or Doubled Die Reverse / DDR .

PennyPride Valued Member United States 84 Posts	Posted 08/15/2017 10:28 am There are die scratches covering the entire obverse (NNW) and the entire reverse (NNE). There are numerous other die marks, but I couldn't capture them all. I think that it might be either DDO, or DDR, but I'm not sure. Any ideas? P.S.
