Nice off centre coins Sander & Hondo

I have the 18980 Mexico 20 centavos, but no off centre coins.

Well done ttkoo, I had 3 denomination from Denmark in 1874, but not the 25 ore.
Similarly with your French coin, I have 3 from 1952, but not the 50f. So go fish.

I'm loving those off-centre coins... beautiful!

Alright, at 1.05am mark, any 50 franc coin.

At 2.05am, any picture of a King George Whiting (it can be battered or fresh)

It doesn't get any fairer than that.

I forgot to post carp pictures. About 30 years ago I visited Pymatuning Reservoir in northwestern Pennsylvania (very near Lake Erie). The man attraction is the carp - the park's slogan is "Where the ducks walk on the fish". I took pictures (slides) but never scanned them, so here's a video of the carp gathering to be fed by tourists.

Boy they are thick!
In parts of Australia, the European carp have taken over the waterways, over competing with our native fish. If you catch a carp, it is illegal to return it to the water.

Carp are a nuisance and worse just about everywhere. Here in Louisiana (and all over the US) silver (Asian) carp are a real problem. You don't even need a rod and reel to catch them but unfortunately they're not very good to eat.

It seems it's all in the way it's prepared. Can't stress the fish out before it's killed or it will taste muddy. I am watching a series on TV at the moment called "Eat the Invaders"

Here's a section on the carp. Enjoy!
