I would have to "roll" again. Or I could just make spruett001 do it since he claimed the app would roll a Snake Eye.

I have a couple challenges ready "in my pocket" if winners are out of ideas and need to pass.

If neither january1may nor spruett001 post before 12:01 am EST (forum time) on 12/10/2018 (earliest Monday Morning) then the ball is yours.

Sorry, I hadn't checked back because I wasn't the winner. After seeing this... Quote:Or I could just make spruett001 do it since he claimed the app would roll a Snake Eye. ...I had to try it! I *bleep* you not and mean this in all seriousness: I went to the website, downloaded the Android app, opened it and selected the Dice Roll function then hit the "Randomize" button. This was the very first roll: Even so, I don't have any ideas ready and can't think of anything unique as of yet. So, if j1m doesn't post a challenge by jbuck's deadline, then I agree to pass the baton to bd251.

We have a plan! That is half the battle.

I think I actually only entered for the sake of entering; I didn't expect to win, and just wanted to know how many points and/or votes I would get. So I didn't have a challenge prepared.
If I don't manage to think of one in the next 12 hours or so (I'd be asleep at Monday "morning"), I'm willing to pass it to bd251 or whoever.

The challenge coin 1888 Finland 1 penni. My oldest lustrious copper I'm going to go back to the roots of the game but with a little twist. Instead of receiving points, you will be RANKED! In this round, I want to see your oldest copper or bronze coins with remaining luster. It doesn't have to have any remaining red, just some luster that can be seen in your picture. This means we should be seeing AU and UNC coins. Your coin must be dated earlier than 1963. Here are the categories in which you will compete. Age (older is better) Distance (Closer is better. Measured from Helsinki to the capital or your coin's issuing country using Google Maps' measure distance feature) Denomination (closer to 1 is better) The person with the highest overall ranking between the three categories will be declared the winner on Thursday afternoon. You can play multiple coins and your best one will be used.

It is really difficult to see in this photo, but there is some luster in there. I took it a long time ago before I realized it is better to remove from the 2x2 before imaging. 1879 Indian Head cent This is just for participation points anyway. I am sure others will blow it away.
