This one could be an interesting contest!

My entrant is a copper Cent minted in Philadelphia for the Netherlands East Indies (i.e. Indonesia). It doesn't have a human portrait. 2+5+1=8 points for me.

The problem is that the winner has to come up with some novel and interesting challenge that has not been done before. This gets harder and harder as we go on.

Definitely two points for participation.

Seven if you think it was only intended to be used in overseas trade.

It's been almost three days and we have five entries. Not bad.

Keith12 - 10
Spence - 8
Pepactonius - 8
Jbuck - 7
Palouche - 3

If there are no more entries by 8pm forum time, then Keith12 is the winner.

Sorry guys I got nothing. So I had my wife pick a coin out of my collection . And it is dated 1883.

Post your best 1883 coin and she will pick the winner.

I hope that's not to stupid.
