Anyone else interested in this round? It feels like the challenges are dying because nobody wants to win any more.

Sure, I'll join for participation. This one may only be a year old, but Honest Abe's a bit of an old soul. This was the first coin a found in 2020. I added it to my pocket just to see how it would fare.

I have a number of 2020 coins, but only a few I actually purchased for my collection. Here are a couple:
In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020 In Memory of Tootallious 3-31-1964 to 4-15-2020 In Memory of T-BOP 10-12-1949 to 1-19-2024

Quote: It feels like the challenges are dying because nobody wants to win any more. I agree. Guess the Price had a similar problem before I took full control over the entire game.

I've just been observing, but . I have been trying to kick off my own game, but it hasn't been getting attention. I wonder if the community is losing interest in the games

Quote: I have been trying to kick off my own game, but it hasn't been getting attention. What was it about? I might be interested, depending on the topic/gameplay. Quote: Hard to come up with new ideas for this game You don't have to come up with new ideas, some old-style "match the country/date/denomination" rounds work just as well. Or just recycle some old ideas from the first few hundred pages that hadn't been used in a while. One thing I've done a few times when struggling to come up with an idea was to hit the Random button on Numista until I came across a coin I had in my collection, then try to think of something involving that coin. It didn't always work, but when it did it seemed to work fairly well.

I might have to make an executive decision.

Quote: I might have to make an executive decision. I'm making one myself instead: @spruett001's coin was released in July 2020, so it beats @Numisma's coin. Neat pocket piece, though! I want to do this myself some day, but I wanted to start with a proof shield cent and hadn't managed to find a sufficiently cheap one yet. (Do they even still make zinc-based proof cents?)

All Lincoln cents after 1982 are zinc, regardless of strike type (proof or business). The exception is 2009, when the proof and uncirculated mint set cents were bronze (business strike for circulation was still zinc).

I won? I'm glad I checked back because I wasn't expecting that! Give me a bit to come up with something...
