Here's a stab at a 1-pointer: Seljuqs of Rum Kaykhusraw II AR Dirham 1237-1246 The Sultanate of Rum extended to the southern end of the Caucasus, and the sun on this coin is said to represent Tamar, Kaykhusraw's favorite wife who was a Georgian princess handed over to establish peace.

Yay! ----- The challenge coin: 1 para from the Ottoman Empire with the date of 1223/32 (around 1838 in the Gregorian calendar). Country:2 points: a coin from the Ottoman Empire. 1 point: a coin from Turkey, or any place that was located in modern-day turkey. Denomination:2 points: a coin with a denomination of 1 para 1 point: a para coin of any value. Year:2 points: a coin made in 1838 in the Gregorian calendar. 1 point: a coin made in the 1830s. And if you get two points from one category, you cannot also get the one point beneath it (so six points is the maximum here). The person with the most points will win, and if there is a tie, the person who posted first will win. This round will end on March 10 at around the same time this round starts. And the round starts now!

Six competitors so far. Quote: I think this one is worth 4 points?
Ottoman 6 kurus 1834 Two points for an Ottoman coin; one point for being from the 1830s. It would have to be a para rather than a kurus to get some points in the denomination section though. The rankings so far: 1) Finn235 (three points). 2) Arkie (three points). 3) pepactonius (three points). 4) chafemasterj (one point). 5) jbuck (one point). 6) Dorado (one point).
