I moved your post to the appropriate section for the proper attention.  Someone counterstamped a letter B on George. Technically its considered a damaged coin now, and worth 25 cents. Unless your name starts with the letter B, then its worth 25 cents.

 It is a counter stamped coin. The 'B' was applied by someone after the coin was released from the mint. Value is 25 cents.

Just a very late die stage. This causes the metal to flow and create this effect. Worth only face value, but keep looking! (I think so)
