I found this coin, the mint mark looks repunched (counter clockwise) on the vertical bar but doesn't have the rest of the vertical bar inside the D.
Thoughts?

The 1980's RPM's are tough to identify. Check CC's site but I do not think yours is a RPM.

Not a RPM. Just Split Plate Doubling. Split Plate Doubling was very common in the 1980's. No extra value. Worth 1 cent.

Rainman, note the MD on date, direction is SE, and so is the vertical bar INSIDE the mintmark also on lower outside of curve. The pix is not clear enough, (shadow) to fully determine what is going on at upper left corner. I saw no match on coppercoins.com, but there is an incomplete pix for this year, maybe varietyvista.com has some to try to match. The shape of D, the "half-mooning" reminds me of 1987D(89?) "tilted and tilted" D/D.
