to CCF Ivan. It is a paper weight made from Lucite. It has no numismatic value but is worth a few bucks as a paper weight.

Undoubtedly nice coins inside, but freeing them would be one of the more difficult tasks you've ever attempted.

I understand why you would ask. Many folks have tried to break out coins from Lucite, usually with less than wonderful results. Just leave this one as is.
