2014 P LSC Struck Through Rim Burr?

I found this in a circulated bankroll while searching through a 25 dollar bank box of U.S. pennies. I think this is struck through a rim burr I think, but want to see what you think it is. Or is it PMD? I can see that if struck through a rim burr, you can see where the rim got shaved off. Just need confirmation that this is a struck through rim burr.

Nope. A hit, see how it angles inward from NE to SW...I see a hard rim hit. Soft copper remember...

Thank you Crazyb0 for answering my post. It took awhile for an answer. I appreciate it. I'll remember it's only a thin amount of Copper plating. My first thought was a hit, but wasn't sure.
