Split plating on the tops of the devices showing gray color. Possible gas bubble to the right of the last 'S' on STATES. If you press down on it with a toothpick, it would flatten if that is the case.

I see a Gas Bubble, but that's pretty much all I see. No extra added value for this type of abnormally.
