Looks like someone's "chiseling" an offering there! LOL! But hey I just saw what I believe to be an erroneous 1946 S IMM-001 attributed by PCGS from a company with 6 times more feedback, guess satisfied collecting requires much due diligence!

The guy is a nut job , I feel sorry for anyone if they buy this coin thinking it is a mint error .
