WOW! Stunning coin for that price. Looks like the color is under the patina on the reverse, very market acceptable. I can tell it has strong luster, good job with the lighting! Some obverse field distractions keep it out of 65. 64RB and a...

Great pickup!  It looks like the FS-501 Stage B. I agree with MS-64 and, as BadThad said, RB. I think the toning is excellent and natural and may actually increase the value over a 64RD.
