I have trouble grading toned coins. I'm thinking MS 60-62 but... Advice welcome .Thx in advance
The coin is in a 2x2.

w/Frog, unnatural looking toning, somebody beat that with an ugly stick? Looks like a baked potato experiment of artificial toning, one needs some help. It may be MS, but the eye appeal just doesn't grab me...well, in the right way that is
