Found this in a dismantled mint set. I'm seeing doubling on the date, liberty, and motto. These pictures were taken with scope. And with camera. The doubling is not flat but raised. Seeing a split at the points of the 9 and 6. Would like some opinions.

Unfortunately it looks like Machine Doubling to me but let's wait and see what an expert says

What would cause the lines in the letters? It's not shelf like with sharp edges.

Mark, called push doubling I think. Where it slide shifts going down. This coin is MD, the last pix although terrible, shows that the numbers are reduced from normal size, not expanded or notched. Thought I saw that on TRUST as well.
